Planting Accessories
We offer a range of broadleaf, conifer and hedging species. Many of which are grown here on our farm in Cornwall. We also work with growers up and down the country to ensure we can supply you with all your planting requirements. Below is a breath example of our range.
Tubex Easywraps
Tubex Easywraps are a cost effective and more rigid alternative to spiral guards, delivering herbicide and rabbit protection. The Tubex Easywraps consist of a twin wall with a vertical split, which creates an overlap allowing for an easier installation than traditional spiral guards. Easywraps are made of recyclable polypropylene (not PVC).
Easywraps are best suited to slimmer plants or whips, and can be successfully used for hedging and more open planting applications. They are 60cm in height.
They retain their shape and expand as the plant grows. At the end of their useful life (between 3 to 5 years) they can be easily removed for recycling.
The wrap design creates a conducive microclimate for better establishment and growth.
Tree and Shrub Shelters
We can supply a range of tree shelters to enhance growth of young plants and protect plants from bark-stripping and browsing animals.
We can provide a range of tubes, shelters, guards and meshes, widely used by estate managers, farmers and landscapers to promote successful establishment of young trees and shrubs.

Bamboo
Canes
Bamboo canes are used to support Tubex Easywraps when used to protect hedgerow and woodland planting schemes.
The bamboo canes are graded in weight per 100 canes.

We offer a variety of sizes to support your planting scheme. The most popular option is the 90cm x 12/14lbs, a sturdy yet cost effective option.
FSC® Certified Square Sawn Tree Stakes
We supply FSC certified square sawn tree stakes (FSC C160227) used to support tree and shrub shelters.
All of our FSC certified square sawn stakes are manufactured from responsibly sourced quality timber. Each stake is pressure treated for longevity and is pointed for easy ground entry with the use of a hammer. We have decided to only supply FSC certified stakes, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability. The Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC) certifies forests all over the world to ensure they meet the highest environmental and social standards.
Machine Rounded Stakes & Cross Bars
We stock Machine Rounded Stakes & Cross Bars. We offer machine rounded stakes and cross bars which are pressure treated, pointed at one end and chamfered at the other, giving you the assurance of both longevity and a quality finish. We can supply a range of heights, ranging from 1.2m to 1.8m.
Weed Control & Accessories
We offer a range of jute and hessian weed mats, mat rolls and fixing accessories. We have decided to solely stock fully biodegradable weed mats made from jute fibres with a hessian backing. Showing our commitment to the sustainability of your planting scheme. These robust weed mats suppress weeds, protect plant roots from frost, and retain moisture in arid conditions, whilst allowing moisture to pass through in damp conditions. Weed mats are ideal for use around the base of a young tree plant, they come with a pre-cut slit which makes them easy to install.
To support our weed mat range, we offer Biodegradable Bamboo Fixing Pegs. The bamboo anchoring pegs are fully biodegradable and are used with our biodegradable weed mats to pin them to the ground and stop windthrow.
Tree Ties, Belting & Accessories
We offer a range of Tree Ties and accessories in various sizes to secure trees to stakes, which includes Buckle Tree Ties & Supersoft Tree Ties. We also offer a range of Tree Belting, to support larger trees when planting.
